We consider claims received within 24 hours of delivery of flowers and gifts.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of flowers or the work of the florist,
send an email with the address and photo of the delivered bouquet,
order number and description of the complaint.
Our customer service team will resolve the complaint
and contact you within 2 business days
